 What's the story? 

Little Harper Heart is feeling very sad. It seems as though she is pleasing everybody else to keep them happy and is forgetting about herself. Oh no!

Luckily, she meets Scruffy bear. A wonderfully helpful and wise teddy who helps her understand how she is feeling.

With some lovely words of understanding, Harper soon begins to realise that saying no doesn’t make her horrible, it simply makes her free and able to create her own fun!
